Three Falcons, one memorable evening.

Class of 1988 alumni Darris Richardson and Jeanne Herman Ellinport recently attended the NOCCA Foundation fundraiser, where they had the opportunity to support and celebrate fellow Franklin alumnus Wendell Pierce ('81) during his performance in Shakespeare's Othello.

Moments like these remind us how strong the Franklin network remains across generations and throughout the New Orleans community.

“It’s over for you, little brother.” Voters in Louisiana have launched a statewide petition drive to recall Gov. Jeff Landry. The campaign was sparked by Landry’s aggressive push to eliminate one of the state's two Black-majority districts and suspending the House primary election.
