Over the past year, my work has taken a new shape.

Somewhere along the way while painting “Save Me a Seat”, I started envisioning a release that felt like more than a typical art show. It needed to bring together all the experiences that have found their way into these paintings.

Growing up in New Orleans around memorable meals and family recipes. Waiting tables through college. Years in event production. Live event painting. Designing tablescapes and gathering spaces.

When I look at this collection, all of those experiences feel intertwined.

The paintings are rooted in the moments that happen around a table—the conversations, celebrations, shared meals, and little rituals that bring people together.

So when it came time to plan my first solo exhibition, adding a dinner experience felt like a natural extension of the work itself.

On June 20, I’ll be sharing a new collection of original oil paintings during a public exhibition from 5–7 PM at Mother of Pearl in the Riverbend.

Come browse the collection, enjoy a glass of champagne, and spend some time with the artwork.
Then, for those who would like to continue the evening, we’ll gather around the table for an intimate seated dinner featuring a three-course menu, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails.

I’d love for you to join me, view the work, raise a glass, and celebrate the things that inspired these paintings in the first place.
