Water and light snacks will be provided, the poses are mostly seated, however, modifications and rest are always welcome. This is a gentle, choice centered space. We encourage you to move at your own pace.

Spaces like this matter more than we often say out loud. In a world that expects women to always hold it all together, moments like this reminds us that we’re allowed to pause, reset, and come back to ourselves without apology and it can be done in community not alone.
