Project Highlight: Yale New Haven Health Lawrence + Memorial Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Renovation

We faced some challenges on this one, as the existing roof framing above the lab was a concrete pan joist system that wasn't capable of supporting the overhead equipment. Our engineers got to thinking on some practical solutions, and we ended up supporting it with steel framing placed tightly to the underside of the roof.

Overall, this project modernized the hospital's lab facilities, allowing doctors to perform more advanced and complex heart and vascular procedures. We are grateful to have been part of projects that help to improve patient care, and strive to continue improving healthcare facilities.

e2 is grateful to have been a part of projects that improve patient care. The Nuclear Medicine Suite we designed at Yale New Haven Health's Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, provides cutting edge imaging, allowing for improved cancer detection and treatment.
