a few more months until tomato season 🥹🍅

this next pizza on *the menu series* is like the cousin of our classic margherita pie. same idea, but a different vibe.

🧄 THE AMERICAN MARGHERITA-
mozz, sliced tomatoes tossed in some fresh garlic, olive olive and salt & pep, and topped with fresh basil when it comes out of the oven.

in the summer we buy our tomatoes (and other produce) from local farms around the area 🫶

anyone else counting down the days until we can start planting?! 🌱

if you’ve dined in or grabbed takeout from us, you already know that we’re always prepping, always chopping, always doing something 😂 (shoutout to the best team)! we cut our fries daily because freezing things isn’t our thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

🍟 FRESH CUT FRIES - crispy, golden and you get to choose from eleven sauces, nine of which are house made: bacon & hot pepper jam aioli, basil aioli, blue cheese, buffalo, buttermilk ranch, fancy sauce (it’s ketchup & mayo and an ode to Stepbrothers), gram’s BBQ, horseradish aioli, ketchup, maple mustard, sriracha honey garlic.
