A peek into my recovery day....

I had a busy weekend, and yesterday was leg day. My body felt tired and needed a bit of a refresh. Here's the program I created for myself:

Compression therapy - I chose a leg refresh program. It's one of my favorites and always makes me feel brand new.

Infrared Sauna - The relaxation program with chromotherapy was the perfect follow-up. This program utilizes a combo of far, mid, and near infrared rays to induce deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension at a low, comfortable intensity.

Manual Physical Therapy with Dr. Renée - After back-to-back road trips the last two weekends, my shoulders were locked up, and my hips were talking to me. Life is so much better when you can turn your head to the left AND right! Feeling extra grateful for Dr. Renée!

I love creating custom programs like this. Wellness is not a one size fits all routine. Wellness programs are most effective when we look at our lives holistically and adapt our routines to meet our ever changing needs. How do you maintain your wellness?
