Last week, our staff participated in a workshop led by Dr. Alison Tverdov on how to manage stress and burnout. We learned so much and took away some valuable strategies to use in our daily lives. Thank you Dr. Tverdov for an informative and engaging workshop!

I really enjoyed speaking at the Rutgers athletics Life After Sport Panel. Thank you for inviting me to speak about the transition from Division I gymnast to a board certified neuropsychologist, business owner and mom.

Many collegiate athletes struggle with the transition out of their sport. Their sport is tied to their identity. The truth is…you never stop being an athlete. The work ethic, determination, perseverance, team work and passion you had in your sport gets directed towards the next phase of life.
