About the job
This 100% remote Virtual Assistant role involves providing customer service via email, assisting with data entry and analysis, writing and publishing blog posts, and managing social media content using Meta Business Suite and Buffer.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, proficiency in these social media tools, and the ability to see how smaller tasks fit into the larger business picture. Additionally, there will be a monthly team meeting to maintain alignment and connection.

Responsibilities

1) Social Media Posting & Creation: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms, including Meta Business Suite and Buffer. Develop compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and engages the audience.
2) Basic Data Work: Grabbing charts or graphs of website traffic and using them in email communciations.
3) Word Document Updates.
4) Help with Client Onboarding.
5) Blog Post Writing & Publishing: Write engaging and informative blog posts, format content, add relevant images, and publish articles on WordPress.
6) LinkedIn: Active LinkedIn engagement with company and client posts.

Qualifications

Excellent Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
Social Platform Experience: Proficient in using Meta Business Suite and Buffer for social media management.
Big Picture Thinking: Ability to understand how smaller tasks contribute to overall business objectives and strategies.

Pay: $10-$30/hr
