The North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) , FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency, ABA Young Lawyers Division and Legal Aid of North Carolina are collaborating to provide immediate PRO BONO legal assistance to ALL survivors of Hurricane Florence through the NC Disaster Legal Services program.
