Beating Disaster

We all have that friend. You likely have several of them, actually.

Did you know that women rarely schedule self-defense training for themselves?

Most always, a mother, friend, father or loved one sets up and schedules self-defense training for the person they love.

It's just one of those things we don't do for ourselves.

So, keep that in mind: If you don't schedule a class to take with your friend - they probably won't do one themselves.

If you were to take a self-defense class today, what would you hope to be included in it?

We talk to people about self-protection most every day.

Many women don't feel the need to be capable of defending themselves for a few different reasons, like...

🏠 Living in a safe area,
🪖 Expecting a husband or man will protect them,
🦄 Not believing anything will ever happen to them,
🌙 Never going out at night,
& many more.
