Join us as we celebrate another fantastic year of Floyd County 4-H! Members will receive their year pins, and we'll recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our 4-H youth during the 2026 Floyd County 4-H Fair. And yes... there will be ice cream! 🍨🍦

🎉 Exciting News from Purdue Extension! 🎉

Purdue Extension & Purdue Extension Nutrition Education Program is honored to be one of 33 nonprofit organizations selected to receive funding through the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County's latest grant cycle! We are incredibly grateful to have received a $6,500 grant to provide a 12-week Food Is Medicine program, offered at no cost to participants!

This innovative program combines evidence-based health education with grocery provisions, tailored incentive items, and biometric data (provided by Baptist Health Floyd) to support healthy behavior change and chronic disease prevention. By helping participants build practical nutrition skills and healthier habits, we're working to improve health outcomes and strengthen our community- one meal, one class, and one family at a time!

We're proud to be among so many dedicated organizations working to improve education, health, human services, and quality of life throughout our community. Together, we're helping make the healthy choice the easy choice!
