Southern Indiana employers — don’t miss out! The Employer Training Grant (ETG) application must be submitted by close of business Thursday, July 31st.

💼 Up to $5,000 per employee trained, hired, and retained
💡 Funds can support in-demand training in Indiana’s six priority sectors
📈 Boost wages, earn certifications, and grow your workforce!
✅ Training must be at least 40 hours
✅ New hires must earn $19/hr
✅ Existing employees must receive a 5% raise post-training
✅ Limit 5 training plans per company
