This 60-minute sound bath is designed to help you relax, recharge, and reflect, all while supporting True North in the heart of New Albany. All proceeds from this event will benefit True North, ensuring this special space continues to thrive.

No anti gravity chairs will be used for this event so we can have more people come out. Bring a mat, blanket, and your open heart—let’s come together to nurture both ourselves and the places that bring us closer.
