Some chapters of the Bible stand above the rest because they give us an unforgettable glimpse into the greatness of God. Revelation chapter 4 is one of those chapters. It deserves to be mentioned alongside John 3, Romans 8, and 1 Corinthians 13 as one of the great chapters of the New Testament.

We stand in awe as we read about Moses before the burning bush. We marvel at Isaiah's vision of the throne room, where the seraphim cry, "Holy, holy, holy," and the very temple shakes with the glory of God. We are captivated by Ezekiel's vision by the River Chebar, where he sees the living creatures and the majesty of God's presence. We treasure the account of the Mount of Transfiguration, where Peter, James, and John witnessed the glory of Christ and saw Moses and Elijah.

Yet Revelation 4 surpasses them all.

John is not given merely a glimpse of heaven—he is invited into the throne room of God itself. There he sees what no other biblical writer was permitted to see. He hears the worship of heaven, beholds the throne of Almighty God, and is reminded that above all the turmoil of earth, God still reigns.

In these chaotic days, as our world grows increasingly uncertain and we move closer to the fulfillment of God's prophetic plan, Revelation 4 is a chapter that strengthens our faith, steadies our hearts, and reminds us that heaven is not in panic. The throne is occupied, and the King is still reigning.

I invite you to join us tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. at Silver Moon Full Gospel Church as we begin this exciting study of one of the most breathtaking chapters in all of Scripture. I believe it will encourage your heart, deepen your faith, and give you a fresh vision of the greatness and sovereignty of our God.
