One Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn is an easily recognizable building. (It was once known as Richard Meier On Prospect Park.) When NY architect Luca Farinelli planned a remodeling project for one of his clients - the combination of two condominiums into one unique home - he chose Arcways to build the spectacular stairs that provided the major design statement and focal point.
