Welded the lugs on the container , and built the posts for the opposite side of the canopy this kit calls for 2 cargo containers and so welded out the lugs in 3 places on both sides and on side of container overhead with 6010 root pass and 7018 cap all 1/8 inch rod , the lugs were every 5ft on centerthe posts we used 2x2x0.95 tube steel with 3/8 inch square plate with 2 inch outside diameter heavy walled pipe, for the ni**le 9 of them that measured 9 ft above ground 21/2 ft below ground with 3 bags of concrete on it post they were solid and this canopy came out very nice
