To drink water. I know my mood is better when I’m hydrated. It’s more pleasant for those around me.

Those are lemon slices floating about in the jug of water. It helps to balance the acidity from all the cups of coffee I drink. It’s one step closer to my goals for healthy living.

The lemon slices make my water look and taste bourgeois and flushes and hydrates my system all at the same time. Efficient. All you do is top up the water in the jug with drinking water…Until… you taste or see the degrading of the slice. It’s when to start fresh. And there’s nothing bourgeois about that. For best results drink a glass of it first thing in the am.
