On November 4th the BNI Rebounders held their in person meeting at 160 Gould Street in Needham. We were treated to some very interesting and informative featured presentations. First up was Andrew Greenberg, Attorney at Law, who spoke on the housing courts and landlord and tenant matters. Ben Krikorian of Seven Point Financial followed with his presentation and spoke about the bear and bull markets and the cyclical nature of them. The Rebounders meet the first Friday of each month in person and the remaining Fridays of the month remotely. It was a picture perfect evening when members of the BNI Rebounders climbed aboard the Legacy Yacht Boston for an evening of fun, food and conversations while taking in the beautiful Boston Harbor via a sunset cruise hosted by Stacy Norrell, our Real Estate Attorney with SKM Title & Closing Services. Clear skies, comfortable breeze and the skyline set the tone for a spectacular evening. Our two hour cruise showed the beautiful harbor and the Boston Skyline with its iconic landmarks from a very different view. Breathtaking!!. Stacy's generous hospitality, amazing yacht, sumptuous food and drinks coupled with the continued camaraderie of our members made for a night we won't forget.
