Making some wavy papardelle this morning.
A steaming hot Shrimp Scampi. Garlic, lemon, white wine, over homemade pasta. We feel like mentioning that the bowl was made by the late and fantastic potter Mike Stratakis.

Eggplant Parmigiana! Volante Farms just rolled up with a bunch of the most colorful eggplants. There’s probably going to be a few things with eggplant until Mother Nature slows down for the season.
