Im back to tracking macros mon-Fri and intuitively eating sat and sun.
One week in and already feeling less bloated coming off vacation, holidays, and my bday.
Tracking calories is not for everyone, I only do it when im in a regular routine during the week (I could never track while trying to eat out at a restaurant).
Your macro ratio and overall calorie intake will be different for everyone based on many different factors such as your daily movement and workouts and lifestyle.
For starters, your protein intake should be around what your desired (and realistic) body weight goal.
