Sally and Abby are heading to Stockholm this weekend to take on the HYROX World Championships. They will be competing in the age group at the largest championship in HYROX history, racing alongside 8,000 athletes from 98 countries.

Shoutout to everyone who made it to 16 or more classes last month! Showing up is usually the hardest part, especially when your schedule gets chaotic or life gets challenging.

This Wednesday, the Push Press takes center stage. Weโre starting with heavy triples, then taking that leg drive straight into a fast 10-minute workout.

-Strength: Build to a heavy set of 3 Push Presses for the day.
-Metcon:
10:00 AMRAP
-15 Box Jumps
-12 Toes-to-Bar
-9 Push Presses

Those box jumps are going to steal the spring from your legs. When you step back up to the barbell, fight to keep your torso vertical on the dip. Itโs tempting to hinge forward under fatigue, but if your chest drops, you lose your leg drive and end up strict-pressing the weight, which will burn out your shoulders fast.
