Reversing diabetes is no easy feat, but it’s not impossible either. Throughout this journey, I’m learning how to manage my glucose levels and avoid the dreaded spikes. While I’m not yet at the numbers I aspire to, I’m so much closer than I was when I started. Each small victory along the way fills me with gratitude and joy. Progress is progress, and every step forward is worth celebrating.
