It is with great regret despite our hard work and determination that our orders for BIS trolleys, Crates and Tack Boxes are taking longer than we anticipated to ship. We are having continued trouble getting aluminum orders delivered on time or even delivered at all. Sunbrella fabrics manufacturing plants are in California and have shut down or have limited production, some powder coat colors are not currently in production or are being temporarily discontinued. Even small items such as snaps and rivets have become difficult to get. In addition we have tried for months to hire additional employees with no luck. We can’t even get them to show up for an interview or they refuse the vaccine. All of our current employees and their families are vaccinated so we will not risk their health or the health of their families. It is a struggle, however our entire staff is dedicated to keep working long days and weeks to get the orders out. Please be patience with us as we are doing our best to deliver quality Bestinshow products as quickly as possible.
