We’re still in Texas, and while this isn’t where I expected to be this time of year, life has a funny way of changing your plans.

I’m missing my little bakery, the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls, and seeing all of your familiar faces every weekend. But for now, I’m soaking up the time with family and trusting that home and the bakery will be waiting for me when it’s time.

I hope this week is filled with a little kindness, a lot of coffee, and at least one reason to smile.

📣 Cake Calendar Update! 🎂🖤

Y’all have absolutely blown me away.

July is officially FULL for cake orders! 🥹

If we’ve already been messaging or we’ve already discussed your cake, don’t worry! I’ll still be able to squeeze you in since we’ve already been planning together.

However, outside of those conversations, I unfortunately can’t take on any additional cake orders for July. I never want to overbook myself or sacrifice the quality and attention that every cake deserves.

The good news? I’m now accepting cake bookings for August! 🎉

Thank you for trusting me with your birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and celebrations. Every order means the world to me, and I’m so grateful that this little bakery has become part of so many special moments.

Life has a funny way of reminding us what’s important.

This season has been filled with a lot of emotions, family time, hard conversations, and perspective. While I miss the bakery terribly, I’m grateful for the time I’m getting with the people I love.

Thank you for continuing to support this little bakery even when the doors aren’t open.

🖤 From the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry. 🖤

I know many of you were hoping the bakery would be open this weekend, and trust me when I say nobody is more disappointed than I am.

When I started this little bakery, I made a promise to myself that I would show up for my customers the best I could. That’s why making the decision to stay closed has weighed so heavily on me.

I know it’s “just a bakery” to some people, but to me it’s so much more than that. It’s a piece of my heart. It’s something I’ve poured countless hours, sleepless nights, tears, and prayers into. So being away from it and away from all of you is not easy.

I am incredibly grateful for the grace, patience, understanding, messages, prayers, and support you’ve shown my family during this time. You have reminded me over and over that this little bakery is more than a business it’s a community.

Thank you for allowing me the space to be a daughter, a granddaughter, a wife, and a mama when life requires me to step away from being the bakery lady for a little while.

I miss you all, I miss baking for you, and I promise I’ll be back as soon as I’m able.

🖤 Bakery Update 🖤

I wanted to check in with everyone since I’ve been a little quiet.

Unfortunately, the bakery will not be open this weekend. We are still in Texas with family during an incredibly difficult time that has taken a turn for the worse, and to top it all off, I’ve ended up sick with tonsillitis.

This is definitely not where I expected to be when I planned out June, but right now my focus needs to be on family, healing, and being present for the people who need me most.

Thank you for the messages, prayers, patience, and support you’ve shown my family during this season. It has meant the world to us.

I’ll continue to post updates as I know more, but for now I’m taking things one day at a time.

Please keep my family in your thoughts, and if you pray, we’d appreciate those too. 🖤

🖤 Little Bakery Update 🖤

As of right now, the bakery will more than likely not be open this weekend while I’m still out of town spending time with family.

Trust me, this wasn’t an easy decision. I miss baking, I miss the bakery, and I definitely miss seeing all of your faces every weekend.

For now, I’m taking the time I need to be where I need to be, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding, and support.

I’ll keep y’all updated if anything changes, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up as soon as possible.
