Our Lilja friends invite us all to their carnival today. Note the new time!

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR TOMORROW, NOW 1:00 - 5:00PM : Due to the possibility of storms tomorrow evening, the ride company has requested that the carnival end earlier than planned. Their crew must dismantle rides using two-story ladders, and they need to avoid working during potential lightning and high winds.

Out of an abundance of caution, the carnival will now run from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (one hour earlier than originally scheduled, allowing the full 4 hours).

As a result, volunteer shifts need to be adjusted. If you are able to help at one of these times, please sign up.

Set-up: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Volunteers originally scheduled for 5:00–6:00 PM: Please consider signing up for the 1:00–2:00 PM shift if at all possible.

Clean-up crew: If you are available, please begin at 5:00 PM.

If you were scheduled for a 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 4:00 PM shift, your volunteer time has not changed.

Thank you for your flexibility and quick response as we work to keep everyone safe. Our goal is to have a fun and safe time for all involved (students, volunteers and carnival workers) and we appreciate your help.
