"Funny because it’s true. This is actually one of the under-appreciated reasons that activity and exercise are protective.

Can’t tell you how many times I have discovered a “niggle” that I didn’t know about, a vulnerability that I hadn’t noticed until I did a 5-minute body scan in the form of a batch of dead easy range of motion exercises, “mobilizations” in my parlance.

We should all be doing “warm-ups” regularly … even if they aren’t followed by a full workout!"
