The doors John Barnes opened and the Light he brought to us all is remarkable. He is the father of Myofascial Release Therapy, a wise pioneer and treasure for the world who forged a great path for so many souls to heal and learn from.

He was a mentor and spiritual guide, gifting to me the spark igniting my path as a Myofascial therapist and the beginnings of a great life transformation. He taught us courage, perseverance, and the power of connection to our authentic selves in service to others. He taught us the immense power and grace held in gentle hands connected to the heart. He taught us to find the stillness within and listen deeply to the whispers from this place to guide us in all we do. My heart goes to those who held him closest, everyone at The Sanctuary and Therapy on The Rocks, and our entire community.

When I find myself forgetting and caught in Channel 5, it is his voice I hear clearly, “Just let go” - Thank you, John, journey well dear teacher.

Along with buying a home, the Fascia Dissection Course held at Ohio State University was the highlight of 2022. Incredible experience. It was an honor to learn from the leaders of the course as well as all the participants. Some of the greatest minds and lovely people in the field of fascia, anatomy, consciousness, and health. There isn’t a course like it. Looking forward to taking it again.
