Ed Martin Appraisals

Owners of Toledo Bend Property found out their property was worth twice what they thought. They initially thought they would not order Appraisal to save money! A Realtor is best to sell your property but the Appraiser values your property for the Mortgage Company. Soooo...who should you call when you want to know the Market Value??

I'm now able to support our Veterans as an approved Appraiser to preform Appraisals for the VA in Natchitoches and Sabine Parishes. Spent almost 8 years on the battfields of Iraq and Afghanistan as a DOD Contractor in direct support to the war fighter. It was an honor to support those who serve and I am honored to continue that support to our Veterans back home!
