A huge thank you to Bluffs and Bayous for featuring our annual Art Walk in beautiful downtown Natchez. MDP Reach and Hermanos Cigar Club have utilized Arts Natchez each year in the month of June to focus on Men’s mental health and promote the wonderful talent that the Miss-Lou area possesses.

1. The Natchez-Adams County Airport Story

We have been gathering interviews from members of the public regarding their experiences aboard the first commercial flights serving the Natchez-Adams County Airport—and we are almost finished!

This article will include in-depth first-flight experiences, reflections on the environment surrounding that historic moment, and what it felt like to be part of history here in Natchez.

2. Munchiez Chill Zone

Tracy Hartwell, owner of Munchiez Chill Zone, and I went out “on the town” yesterday, so we have plenty of content coming from the community sampling experience!

We gathered feedback about Munchiez Chill Zone from community stakeholders, documented the experience, and have a whole lot of goodness heading your way.

Something I mentioned during one of the interviews was:

“Nothing happens in a vacuum.”

May we all remember this as we rush through our days, working to meet the expectations we place upon ourselves while also attempting to meet the expectations of those around us.

In the words of Sam & Dave’s 1966 classic:
