Take a look at the latest construction progress at the Rutherford County Forensic Center! 🧱🔨🚧

Our team has officially broken ground on The CORD (Creating Opportunities and Realize Dreams) at Belmont University. This project is a 17,000-square-foot renovation and addition that will transform a long-standing campus structure into a hub for creativity and collaboration.

The project includes the restoration of the original powerhouse building alongside a new three-story addition. Once complete, The CORD will feature a 150-seat performance venue, a state-of-the-art digital media lab, flexible collaboration spaces, a food service area, and exterior patio seating connected to the main campus lawn.

A green roof system will also be incorporated to support sustainable stormwater management. This project brings new life to a historic structure while introducing modern spaces that will serve Belmont’s campus for years to come.

We’re proud to break ground on the expansion of Saddle Up!, a remarkable organization that provides children and young adults with disabilities the opportunity to grow and thrive through therapeutic and recreational activities with horses.

This project is centered around creating new therapy spaces including a sensory room, equine-assisted learning classroom, and therapy gym to better serve children and families. The expansion will also add a family-centered lobby and dedicated volunteer spaces to support the 300+ individuals who make these programs possible each week.

R.C. Mathews is especially honored to return to a facility we originally built more than 25 years ago, partnering with Gensler to help shape Saddle Up’s next chapter.

Construction is well underway for Centennial Park’s Phase III Renovation!🌳

This phase includes a 7,900 sq. ft. pavilion, conversion of the Croquet Clubhouse into a café, expanded pathways, and a new grand entrance, further enhancing walkability and creating more space to gather.
