Middle Tennessee Council Scouting

The Middle Tennessee Council is proud to partner with United Way of Greater Nashville for their annual Stuff the Bus initiative! 🎒

Together, we’re working to stuff 15,000 backpacks with essential school supplies for students across a nine-county area to help ensure every student is prepared for the 2026–2027 school year.

This summer, we’re hosting a school supply drive and are currently collecting:
✏️ 50+ packs of markers (8-pack)
✏️ 50+ packs of erasers

We would love to exceed our goal and make an even greater impact for local students!

📅 Donation deadline: July 9 at 3 p.m.
📦 Please drop off donations to the MTC office or make arrangements with your District Executive

All supplies will be delivered to Nissan Stadium on July 14, where volunteers will help stuff backpacks for students in need. If you’d like to join us that day and help pack backpacks, please send a message to [email protected].

The 2026 MTC popcorn kickoff will take place on Saturday, July 18 and Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Come on out and join the fun because we will have some great door prizes. 😎

We want you to attend in person, but will have Microsoft Teams capability for those who need it.
