Are you or a friend having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network with Windows 10? The first thing you need to do is make sure the network is forgotten on the computer to do this:

Settings, Network and Internet, Wi-Fi, Manage known networks, Click “RIVIER” and then click “forget” .
Now, follow directions on the video.
