As the years go by, things get harder. I finished my 20 mile training run today for the but it wasn’t pretty towards the end. My heart rate shot up to 210 at one point because I was dealing with severe hydration. It’s really hard to feel that dehydration when the temperature is 37 and it’s raining. On the flip side, I had my fastest half marathon ever recorded on . But I have to watch my water intake this month to ensure I’ll be ready for 4/20.
