Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and ensure that our cleaning processes are executed efficiently and meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed timely and accurately.

Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.

Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper use of equipment and cleaning products.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
