Some chapters take years to name.

I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur since 1991, and over the years, my work has moved through several meaningful iterations. Each one was honest for its season. Each one taught me something. Each one brought me closer to the work I’m here to do now.

Today, Integrative Leadership Coach feels like the clearest expression of my credentials, lived experience, values, and purpose.

It brings together so much of what has shaped me: decades of entrepreneurship, coaching, emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, deep inner work, daily spiritual practice, and a lifelong devotion to helping people come home to themselves while they lead, serve, and create.

And now, I get to partner with brilliant, mission-driven leaders from all over the world as they learn to lead from a more grounded internal knowing.

Clearer decisions.

Steadier communication.

Deeper self-trust.

Less self-abandoning.

More sustainable impact.

That work matters because leadership never stays contained to one person.

When a leader becomes more regulated, honest, clear, and aligned, the ripple effect touches teams, families, organizations, communities, and the people they serve.

After a lot of reflection, refinement, and yes… plenty of thoughtful tweaking, my website finally feels like home.

That doesn’t excuse poor behavior. But it can help us stop letting someone else’s lack of closure make us think our contribution had no value.
