One week ago today, IPCC was proud to accept two awards, Client Service Professional of the year and Individual Education Achievement, that were earned by one amazing IPCC board member, Terri Diephouse, at the IAIP Region III conference in Mobile, AL. Terri will go on to represent Region III at the IAIP convention in Reno this June!!! Terri, we couldn't be prouder to have you in our association. You are both an inspiration and a guiding light. We look forward to your continued growth within IAIP and the many learning opportunities you will give to us. Congratulations Terri!! Way to !!!

The International Association of Insurance Professionals and Insurance Professionals of Collier County invite you to join us Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 5:30pm for our January Meeting. The meeting will be held at Breakthrough Insurance, 323 Airport-Pulling Rd, Naples, FL 34104. This month is all about obtaining designations. In a recent survey, 80% of those that responded were more inclined to do business with individuals holding a designation than someone who did not. Two of the most common survey responses were: “Letters after your name can only be good,” and “If I saw one agent with (a designation), and one without, I would definitely choose the one with. To me, they would seem more knowledgeable and current”.
The Certified Leadership Professional or CLP Designation is a designation aimed at developing essential leadership qualities and abilities by strengthening managing, mentoring, and motivating skills for career development. Our own Terri Diephouse recently completed her CLP Designation and in addition to leading this course, she also recently received a promotion which includes training new hires. Terri is a perfect example of how the CLP Designation can be implemented to benefit you in your professional life.
It is the start of a new year and IPCC is offering the Financial Intelligence module of the CLP class designation this month. A brief description of the class can be found at the link below. Not only will this class get you one step closer to achieving the CLP Designation, this class also qualifies as education hours for the CIIP and DAE Designations. The fee for IPCC Members to purchase the “Downloadable” Student Guide is $20, the price for non-members is $30. This is a 2-hour course, as a result we will be starting the meeting at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive a few minutes earlier to get settled. Finger foods will be offered for $10 per person. This month’s meeting is all about GOALS. Where are you today? Where do you want to be tomorrow? And how do you plan on getting there? IAIP and IPCC are going to help us all meet our goals…neigh…IAIP and IPCC will help us EXCEED those goals. Come join us and find ways that IAIP can help you to push your limits and achieve goals that you may have thought were previously unattainable.
The meeting will be held at the Hilton Naples and will have a cocktail session beginning at 5:30pm and dinner at 6:00pm. The cost for this meeting is $33.00.
