As both sides of the business continue to grow and schedules become increasingly booked, we are implementing a few important operational updates moving forward to help protect appointment availability, scheduling flow, preparation time, and the overall client experience.

IMPORTANT BOOKING & POLICY UPDATES
Effective immediately:
• Extended luxury appointments now require a non-refundable 50% reservation retainer.

• Nail appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Semi-permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice.

• Same-day cancellations, excessive lateness, last-minute reschedules, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer.

These updates are necessary due to the length and demand of many of our appointments and help ensure fairness, scheduling availability, and the ability to continue providing the quality experience our clients deserve.

Updated policy information will be available:
• within appointment confirmations
• at the studio
• and during future booking requests moving forward

Florida summer is officially here 😅
Between humidity, sweat, chlorine, beach days, and poolside heat… mascara doesn’t always survive the mission.

If your lashes are:
• falling flat
• disappearing in the sun
• smudging halfway through the day
• or requiring 14 coats of mascara just to “look awake” 😂

…it may be time for a summer lash reset.
