Handful of cilantro
3β4 green chilies

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp chicken powder, optional
1 1/2 tsp salt

6οΈβ£ Marinate the mixture for about 1 hour.
7οΈβ£ Brush a sheet pan with oil, spread the chicken mixture evenly, and brush the top with oil.
