Elevate your parking lot with Pave Tech!

Parking lots in the winter can be a hazard, bringing potential issues to you and your business.
❄If your parking lot has low spots, potholes or cracks, those areas will retain water, becoming dangerous mini ice ponds when the water freezes.

We hate to break it to you, but winter is just 2 months away.
As you complete your winter prep, you may want to consider asphalt-friendly alternatives to rock salt. Doing so will help protect your driveway so you're not dealing with a potential issue come spring.
Look into calcium chloride or magnesium chloride rather than standard rock salt. You may even consider sand - while it doesn't melt the ice, it does improve traction while waiting for mother nature to melt ice naturally.
There is nothing more rewarding than hearing how much a client loves their new driving or parking lot!

Check out this beautiful new parking lot in Glen Ellyn! 💫
Our Pave Tech crew recently replaced a large parking lot in Glen Ellyn that had become cracked, worn, and unsightly. With our meticulous process of removal, regrading, and installation of a new, quality surface layer (which you can see a glimpse of in the second photo), this parking lot was restored to match the beauty of the building next to it.

The rainy weather this week was no match for our crew!
We completed a brand new asphalt driveway in Naperville earlier this week, and we thought we would show one of the most critical parts of the process - the base layer. Our meticulous process of laying and compacting the base layer ensures your driveway will not crack, settle, or deteriorate prematurely.
