When I saw just how much snow came down last night, I knew I was in for a treat. After working for an hour with the snowblower and the shovel, it was time for breakfast. I needed and got a MOOD lifter. Here's what I had 2 large apple pears, followed those with 3 large mangoes, which were soft and sweet/tart; just like I like'em. THEN, I followed those with a bunch of ripe and nicely speckled bananas; very ripe! YUM! Not only did all that fruit gives me plenty of energy, and WHAT a mood lifter, for sure! Have a great day, y'all!
Whoa! If you are thinking about the 'new' vaccines for COVID-19, keep thinking. If a normal vaccine takes 8-14 years develop and adequately test, to just dive in and take these 'new' vaccines "because they said it was good" (90%+ effective), is really short-sighted. Even the "Pro-vaccine" people are still leary of these 'new' vaccines. At best, if they are honest on their reporting of the test results, so far, they can only speak to what has happened "so Far". There is no data to show how these vaccines may affect an individual down the line, even a year out, let alone 10 years down the line. Educate before you Vaccinate!!!
Whenever one group maligns anotyher group for thinking independently, for wanting more proof, for exhorting caution, then you know that they group doing the maligning has an agenda. When they malign another for thinking differently, this is a form of violence, which is irrational behavior.
don't be rushed becuase of the societal peer pressure they have been trying to exert from the beginning. They want to equate independent and critical thinkers to be supporters of 'the other party', whatever that means. I have seen members of both of the major parties do this in regard to supporters of even their own group, because that person "DARED" to think differently.
Educate before you Vaccinate!
It is said that it takes a generation for scientific information to be disseminated to the population. Certainly, it has been know for at least 7 decades now in the scientific community,m that heart disease can be reversed, naturally, without drugs and without surgery.
In at attempt to simplify the information, whatever diet is good for the heart, it is good for the entire body. Whatever is bad for the hear (the circulatory system) is also bad for the entire body. There does not need to be one special diet for heart disease, and another for liver disease (effectively any acquired disease), but one diet that works for just about all of our .acquired diseases in the western world.
Again, in an attempt to simplify, that one healthy diet that has been proven to work in reversing so many of those diseases does not include the consumption of animal products, and does not include the consumption of oils.
For more specifics, see "How Not To Die..." by Michael Greger, MD FACLM; Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr. MD in his book "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease:...", and others.
More than a century ago, Thomas A. Edison was noted to have said: 'The doctor of the future will give no medicines but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.' The truth is there have always been these individuals, but some people just don't wat to hear it. Those 'some people' that don't want to hear it come from both the 'healing' professions (including pharmaceutical industry) and the consumer.
