Today marks the 54th anniversary of Title IX— the landmark law that prohibits gender discrimination in education and athletics. From leading on the field as a captain and Golden Boot winner at D’Evelyn High School to competing at a high level with Real Colorado Olympico ECNL-RL, Ellie McSkinin has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a complete student-athlete. We are thrilled to celebrate her commitment to Rochester Institute of Technology, where she will continue her soccer career while pursuing her passions in mathematics, sustainability and engineering.

A dynamic midfielder who can impact the game as a 6, 8, or 10, Ellie combines vision, passing accuracy, creativity in the attack, and a fearless approach to every 50/50 challenge.

Beyond soccer, her leadership shines through as a student body co-president, peer math tutor, and engaged member of her school community. It has been an honor to be part of Ellie’s recruiting journey, and we can’t wait to watch her thrive- alongside her twin sister- both on the field and in the classroom at RIT. ⚽🎓🧡
