Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate Kelly on her last day as Regional Manager for F45 Club Sports Group.

Kelly has been so much more than a leader to our studios. She has been a constant source of guidance, support, encouragement, and heart. Her impact can be felt in every studio, every team, and every member experience she has helped shape along the way.

She leads with kindness, shows up with purpose, and has always cared deeply about the people around her. Whether she was supporting coaches, helping teams grow, solving problems behind the scenes, or simply being the steady presence everyone could count on, Kelly has made a lasting difference.

While we are so grateful she will still be part of the company in some capacity, this chapter deserves to be celebrated. Kelly, thank you for everything you have poured into this role, this team, and this community. Your leadership, heart, and dedication have meant more than words can fully capture.
