All Iron Elite competitors are qualified for this. How do you earn it? Win an Overall in any division this season & you get to hold on the belt. The next person that wins an overall then gets to hold on to the belt & so on.

2021 was a great year!
Thank you to everyone who chose to work with us in 2021. Our first year was better than any of us could have expected. We will build upon this in 2022.

CJ put in the time & work to get ready for his first show last weekend
Now as we reverse diet CJ will be maintaining slender physique & working towards positive progression to keep improving for next time.
The only thing that didn’t change was this mans perfect fade!

2 full days on Peak Week protocol & first time Men’s Physique Competitor looks completely different.
There is no such thing as a “perfect” peaking method but a method that works for each individual. Some people retain water easier, others expel water quickly. Carbohydrate sensitivity, energy expenditure requirements, etc.
