You told yourself today was the day. 📦

You started on that pile — and within 20 minutes, you were overwhelmed. Unsure what to keep. Where anything should go. How to make it make sense.

So you stopped. The pile stayed. And somehow you felt worse than when you started.

That’s not a willpower problem. That’s what happens when your space was never designed for the way your brain works.

I’m Catherine — a Board Certified Professional Organizer® with 9+ years of experience and a background in clinical social work. I specialize in helping ADHD and neurodivergent households create homes that actually work for them.

This is for you if:
✔ You’ve tried every system and you’re still stuck ✔ You’re holding everything together, but your home feels out of control
✔ You’re exhausted — not lazy — and you’re finally ready for something different

You haven’t failed at organizing. Organizing has just never been designed for you. 💛

When we work together, mornings get calmer, things are where they’re supposed to be, and your home starts feeling like the sanctuary it should be — not another source of stress.

Say goodbye to overwhelm and hello to a space that works with your brain. Here’s how I helped make it easier for this neurodivergent family to stay organized:

✔ Kept items off the floor to reduce visual clutter.
✔ Used clear bins and open shelving so everything is easy to see.
✔ Selected accessible storage—no tricky lids or stacked boxes.
✔ Set up systems that are easy to put back, not just easy to take out.

Because when your space is built for your brain, maintenance feels a whole lot easier. 💛

Your space should reflect you — not just what looks organized on the outside, but what actually works for how you think and live.

I specialize in helping women with ADHD create calm, functional spaces that feel like home.

Thoughtful, judgment-free organizing that makes sense for your brain and style.

Ready for a shift? Let’s talk. 💛

March, let’s go!

💫 Women’s History Month
💫 birthday celebrations
💫 conferences + events
💫 spring break

And passing my new ADHD certification exam!

My first job was in neuropsychology research, and while it quickly became clear that I prefer working directly with people rather than collecting and analyzing their data, I also gained a deep appreciation for the value of research in shaping meaningful, effective support.

That’s why I’m grateful to .organizers for staying on top of the latest research and offering coursework led by experts across medicine, psychology, social work, and beyond. Their work reinforces my goal: to provide the best possible support and guidance for my clients with ADHD.

The connections I build with my clients continue to inspire me, and I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and showing up for them in the most informed and effective ways.

And thank you to my friend and colleague Estela of for being my accountability partner! Appreciate you! 💛

As I work toward recertification this year, I am still so proud and honored to be one of only 336 Certified Professional Organizers® worldwide.

Looking forward to seeing my colleagues at Summit in March! 💙
