(03/21/23) Carneros volunteers responded to a report of trees and wires down in the 1200 BLOCK CONGRESS VALLEY RD. The roadway was cleared with assistance from PG&E and power has been restored in the area. Please stay safe and remember to drive with caution; do not drive past roadblocks or fire apparatus while crews are at work.
