R Ranch at the Lake

Shares are actual deeds for the property where each owner owns an equal amount. Only owners and their accompanied guests are allowed to use the property unrestricted except by whatever rules the owner elected board has decided upon including occupancy duration and guest fees. Owners pay yearly dues as listed on the website for staff and upkeep. New owners pay the share price and deed transfer fees. You may purchase from an existing owner (cheaper) or directly from the ranch's unissued shares (if available).
