Where do I get help if I’m impacted by the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) other power outage?

Eligibility criteria:
● Live in Napa County, with an addressin the affected zone.
● Experience power interruption for 24+hours.

🚨You must call by 4pm on October 25, 2024. 🚨

To apply for emergency gift cards when impacted by a power outage, call and speak with a live representative during 9am-4pm. Otherwise, leave a message with:

● Your full name
● Phone number
● Address in affected area
● Number of people in your household
Please leave ONE message. A representative will return calls in the order received and at their earliest convenience to assist you.

● You will need to provide proof of address at the time of pick up

Criterio de elegibilidad:

Para solicitar tarjetas de regalo de emergencia cuando se vea afectado por un apagón relacionado con el clima, hable con un representante directamente por teléfono de 9am a 4pm. Si no, deje un mensaje con:

● Su nombre
● Número de teléfono
● Dirección de domicilio afectado
● Número de personas en su hogar
Favor de dejar SOLO UN mensaje. Un representante le devolverá la llamada en el orden que la haya recibido y lo más antes posible para ayudarle
