Time for a little Spring Cleaning with Ugne…

We all want to reduce those cravings that have crept back into our lives over the winter.

Personally, I suffer from what I can “hand-to-mouth” disease, where what’s in my hand automatically goes into my mouth before my brain can interrupt me. This morning I unconsciously finished my daughter’s bowl of Cheerios, why? I’ve been nibbling on chocolate bars, why? Rather than beat myself up it’s time focus on bringing some sanity back to my life and my wife- Ugne is the perfect ally to help shepard me back to my healthy habits that nourish my being with strength, stability and clarity.
