The results of our Madaket Density Study are now available for viewing.
The main topic was to compare:
* Maximum possible density in Madaket with today's zoning bylaws and the Board of Health septic system regulation (10K sq ft per bedroom)
* Maximum possible density in Madaket with today's zoning bylaws and sewer (this eliminates the Board of Health regulation)
