And here are photos of a figurehead that I am currently working on. She looks so peaceful in these pics I almost don't have the heart to paint her. She would look beautiful overlooking a garden or patio.

This figurehead which was featured in Claire Murray's book sold last week. She was on my own home on Nantucket since she was carved. She will be missed!

Here is a photo of my newest ships figurehead 'Eliza'. I've been working on her for quite some time now. The original inspiration for her was a young girl - an Austrian Princess named Elizabeth.
